Jason is an affectionate and kind little boy who needs a loving family to call his own.  When Jason was born, his parents unfortunately lacked the resources needed to properly support him and he was brought into care when he was 9 days old.  Since then, he has been living with the same wonderful foster family who have given him comfort and stability.  Jason now needs this love and support to be continued with his forever family.

Jason was born with a cleft lip and palate in addition to other congenital bone deformities affecting his lower limbs.  He has received multiple facial and lip surgeries in addition to surgeries to correct for protruding intestines and fluid build-up in his testicles.  Jason also has mild developmental delay but continues to make significant progress in the school setting!  With the proper support, Jason performs well and continues to learn new skills.  Jason is seen by an interdisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and therapists, which needs to be continued in order to provide Jason with the best, most comfortable life possible.  Despite his medical conditions, Jason is described as being a cheerful and very happy boy!  He finds joy in spending time with those he loves and is always full of hugs and smiles.  Jason is very sweet; however, he has a hard time making friends because his cleft lip makes his speech difficult for his peers to understand.  He feels left out in school and has a hard time relating to his peers because of his physical differences.  Jason is a kind-hearted, amazing little boy who loves to have fun!  He needs a family to help him gain confidence to help him improve his school interactions.

Jason loves to go for walks, swim in the pool, play with blocks, and ride on trains!  He has big dreams of becoming a firefighter to help those in need.  Jason needs a loving family to provide him with lots of affection and support for his various medical needs. Jason is an adorable boy who will bring so much joy into your life!
