Samuel is an adorable little boy who is attached to his foster family. He is generally a calm and quiet boy but does love to be silly. He has excellent gross motor skills and loves to explore the house and stand on tiptoe to try to get things that are out of his reach. Although he understands when his foster mom says “No,” like most toddlers he has his own ideas! Samuel is a bit delayed with speech and language and social emotional milestones. He has been tested for a thyroid issue (due to birth family history) and Fragile X Syndrome. Both tests were normal. Although there have been some questions about his slower development he continues to make progress at his own speed.
