Allie & Demi
Kidsave Winter Host Opportunity!
Allie and Demi need a forever family.
Meet Allie and Demi, a dynamic sister duo who are as close as they are creative! Allie, 14, and Demi, 15, share a love for chess and reading, making them a perfect pair when it comes to strategy games and getting lost in the pages of a good book. But each sister brings her own unique flair to the table.
Allie is a budding artist, constantly sketching and dreaming up new worlds on paper. She’s also a culinary experimenter, often found in the kitchen whipping up treats that reflect her artistic spirit. Allie is described as both artistic and smart, and she dreams of becoming an actor one day, ready to bring her creativity to life on stage or screen. And if you share her love for rice pudding, you’ll have a lot in common!
Demi, on the other hand, has a passion for beauty, often spending time perfecting her hair and makeup and keeping up with the latest trends. She’s also a fan of Uno and enjoys watching TV during her downtime. Like her sister, Demi is artistic and smart, with big dreams of either studying law or perhaps taking to the skies as a flight attendant. Her favorite foods include rice pudding, beans, and chicken.
Together, Allie and Demi are in need of a kind, caring, and attentive adoptive family who can nurture their talents and support their ambitions. These sisters are full of love, creativity, and dreams, they just need a forever family to call their own.
Please contact Kidsave at summermiracles@kidsave.org if you’re interested in hosting them!
Kidsave Winter Miracles – Host a Child This Winter
Kidsave’s Winter Miracles program gives older orphans (ages 11-14) from Colombia a chance at a family. With little likelihood of adoption in their own country, our Winter Miracles kids travel to the U.S. for a memorable three-week stay with a host family in December.
While the kids are here, they learn about U.S. culture and experience life in an American family. Host families work with Kidsave staff and volunteers to help engage their local communities to get to know the kids and find them an adoptive family. Many of our host families adopt the children they host.
(The names of the kids posted in the gallery have been changed to protect their confidentiality.)
