Kidsave Winter Host Opportunity
Meet Sophia, Stella, and their younger brother Levi—a sibling trio full of energy, creativity, and big dreams.
Sophia, 12 years old, is an active kid who enjoys sports, singing, and board games. She’s passionate about basketball, swimming, BTS, and chess, and her favorite foods are chicken, rice, and pizza. Sophia is artistic, smart, and athletic, with dreams of going to college and making a bright future for herself.
Stella, 13 years old, shares many of Sophia’s interests but adds her own flair. She loves sports, crafts, music, and especially cooking. Stella enjoys playing soccer, drawing, and following BTS, and she has a knack for preparing delicious meals. Her favorite foods include rice with chicken, hamburgers, and soups, reflecting her passion for culinary arts—a field she dreams of pursuing professionally. Stella is also described as artistic, smart, and a budding chef.
Then there’s Levi, the youngest of the trio at 10 years old. Levi is an imaginative and thoughtful boy who loves reading and writing legends. His interests include soccer, chess, and watching movies. He excels in Spanish, his favorite subject, and has a sweet spot for fruits. Levi is smart and athletic, and he dreams of becoming a police officer when he grows up.

Kidsave Winter Miracles – Host a Child This Winter
Kidsave’s Winter Miracles program gives older orphans (ages 11-14) from Colombia a chance at a family. With little likelihood of adoption in their own country, our Winter Miracles kids travel to the U.S. for a memorable three-week stay with a host family in December.
While the kids are here, they learn about U.S. culture and experience life in an American family. Host families work with Kidsave staff and volunteers to help engage their local communities to get to know the kids and find them an adoptive family. Many of our host families adopt the children they host.
