Online Support Groups offer the opportunity to share, discuss and learn more about adoption-related challenges and insights. Network with other adoptive parents and adopted persons in an open and supportive environment.

Tuning Into Teens™

COST: $150 for 6 sessions

DATES: February 16 to March 23, 2022

TIME: Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.30pm EST

For the first half of 2022, we will be offering ONE online support group. It will meet weekly via Zoom for two hours, over a six-week period, and will have a minimum of four participants and a maximum of 12. We will have a wait list for additional interest once the maximum for a group is met.

This online support group is open to families with adopted youth aged 10 to 16 years. It is a program designed to help parents improve relationships and connect with their teens. Because teenage years can be tough.

Tuning Into Teens™ is designed to help parents:

• understand how your teen thinks and feels;
• learn ways to manage your teen’s emotions… and your own;
• respond to your teen in ways that will help them talk more to you;
• create a calmer home environment with less conflict.
