This packet includes all items and forms that need to be reviewed, completed, and returned prior to WHFC approving your home study and dossier.
- MEDICAL STATEMENT: Please send WHFC a copy of the medical used for your home study (for all household members).
- WHFC PRE-ADOPTION EDUCATION OVERVIEW & CHECKLIST
Signed by family & agency. Please include all certificates. - TODDLER WORKBOOK: for families adopting children likely to arrive before 5th birthday
- OLDER CHILD WORKBOOK: for families adopting children likely to arrive after 5th birthday

Once your home study is complete and approved, the next phase in your adoption will be to file your your I800A with USCIS. We are happy to provide guidance in this process. Please download the instructions below.
