Special Child Finds Special Home

Ava is a charismatic little girl who was born with hydrocephalus and ended up in a Chinese orphanage. Her head was too heavy to lift, and she spent most of her time at the orphanage flat on her back. In China, special needs children have an extremely hard time getting adopted. Wide Horizons For Children helped get her the care she needed, including a special chair to help her sit up.
